Kim Barrington is a Director of Operations with Rogers Communications Enterprise Division, delivering on-boarding , service assurance and support functions for small, medium and large business clients. In her 24 years in the Telecom industry, Kim has served in a variety of leadership roles including Contact Centre Operations, Customer Experience, Business Transformation, Ombudsman and Regulatory Policy.In recent years, Kim has sought to enhance her professional contributions in pursuit of opportunities to better support communities that are under served by the telecom sector. This extra work quickly evolved into a passion and drive for developing an Indigenous inclusion strategy at Rogers. In addition to her day job, Kim volunteers as Chairperson for Rogers’ Indigenous Peoples Network serving to advocate for equal rights of Indigenous employees, communities and customers
