Lisa is an entrepreneurial certified human resources professional passionate about supporting the growth of communities. She is an expert in adapting to change. She works with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations to build skills and develop solutions to any challenges involving people. Lisa works with her home community, Moose Deer Point First Nation, but also works with First Nations across Ontario, and national Indigenous organizations. She is a valuable member of the entrepreneurial community in Sarnia Lambton and has been featured in a podcast, a magazine highlighting local female entrepreneurs, and appeared in a videogame encouraging entrepreneurship. She is the Community Lead for independent auto repair shops across North America, supporting owners with a standard operating procedure software system. Lisa is an agile professional who is constantly learning and developing. Her social enterprise is built on 3 pillars: continuous learning, giving back to the community, and treating every client as unique. She is passionate about collaborating with others to support the growth of the communities that we are all part of.
