With more than 35 years of experience with Deloitte Canada, Charles Perron is a Senior Partner and the leader of Deloitte Indigenous, where he is delivering on Deloitte's commitments included in our Reconciliation Action Plan. The plan was prepared in the spirit of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which calls on the corporate sector to take swift and meaningful actions to collaborate with Indigenous communities, educate leaders on Indigenous history and confront racism at every level. Charles is also enabling an Indigenous-led team of professionals, who provide high-impact services to leaders of Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations who want to join corporate Canada's journey of reconciliation. Charles is a Deloitte Canada and Chile Board member and is also the Co-Chair of the Board Committee responsible for Culture and People at Deloitte Canada.
