Trevor Harding is the Director of Community Relations of ESS Compass Group Canada and has over 20 years driving progressive communications in the energy, financial services, home builders, and food and beverage sectors.

Trevor oversees and collaborates with multi-interdepartmental teams, leading community engagement and communications with Indigenous and non-Indigenous Communities for all of ESS’s operations spanning from Newfoundland to Alaska and representing $340MM of revenue.

He engages with senior leadership teams from various resource sectors including Oil and Gas, Government officials, and Indigenous leadership to create strategy and policy aligned with corporate objectives and is responsible for all strategy and corporate communications development with regards to community relations; recognized for articulate and concise messaging ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.

ESS Compass Group Canada was awarded their 2020 Gold Level certification application, the highest level, for Progressive Aboriginal Relations with the Canadian Council of Aboriginal Business.
